Disclaimer and Term & Conditions

Cancellations communicated to Florence & Tuscany with a notice period of more then 60 days prior to arrival, the client will receive 50% reimbursement of the paid deposit if the deposit was approximately 30%.
If the deposit requested was lower than 30% (usually 18%) the client loose the entire deposit paid.

Cancellations communicated to Florence & Tuscany from 59 to 15 days prior to arrival, the client loose the entire deposit paid if the deposit was aproximately 30%.
For deposit lower than 30% (usually 18%) we will forfeit the remaining part to reach 30% of the total stay amount.

Cancellations communicated to Florence & Tuscany from 15 to 0 days prior to arrival, we will forfeit the total stay amount.

If the Client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate. 

VENUE

All disputes arising from work with Florence & Tuscany which include Florence & Tuscany as parties to the dispute shall be resolved in a court of law in Florence, Italy.
