Incredible and amazing apartment of great charme in the city centre. 160 sqm. Elevator. Large living room with lounge and home theatre area (Bang Olufsen 42" flat screen!), dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 loft bedroom with 2 sofa beds, 3 bathrooms, air cond, tv sat, adsl, laundry, carefully restored and furnished. Up to 6 people.

This amazing and terrific apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the Duomo.

The location is Piazza Indipendenza, a residential area close by Train Station and the Fortezza da Basso.

The building has the elevator.

The apartment offers all the comforts and amenities typical of a 5 star hotel.

It is made of: entrance, large living room with lounge area and Tv area with a Bang Olufsen sourround home theatre system with 42" flat screen tv set, dvd, cd and vcr player, radio, dining room, fully equipped kitchen totally made of stainless steel (dish washer, stove with 4 gas burners, electric overn standar size, fridge and freezer), bahroom with shower, toilet and basin, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Every bathroom has the hair dryer.

On the top level there are 3 bedrooms: one with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with toilet and basin, one with queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, and one loft bedroom with 2 comfortable sofa beds (queen size) that overlooks the living room.
