The apartment, which has been recently refurbished and redecorated is on the 1st floor (there are 22 steps) of typical building.

It is made up of a living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (bed size 160 x 200 cm), a kitchen area (gas stove with 4 burners, electric oven standard size, fridge and freezer) a loft bedroom with queen size bed (bed size 140 x 190 cm), a new bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartment is air conditioned, offers a key for Internet connection, TV with some English channels, safe box.

IMPORTANT NOTICE about the Floor numbers: When an Italian apartment is described as being on the first floor, it is on what would be called the second floor in standard American terminology. In Italy we start from the level zero or ground floor. In the offerings of Florence & Tuscany, "first floor" doesn't mean one flight stairs, but indicates the location of the apartment in relation to building.
